Order Status

Immediately after you submit payment you are assigned an order number and a confirmation email will be sent. Sometimes this email has a tendency of going into junk mail so please check there if you do not receive it in your inbox. If you still cannot find your confirmation email, please email me directly at julio@secondalarmcustomleather.com, reference your order number, and I will look into your order.

Customers will receive an email as soon as their order is complete. You will also receive an email with tracking information so that you can track your package through the United States Postal Service. THERE WILL BE NO OTHER NOTIFICATIONS OR ORDER STATUS UPDATES OTHER THAN WHEN YOUR ORDER IS COMPLETE.
