Order Status

Immediately after you submit payment you are assigned an order number and a confirmation email will be sent. Sometimes this email has a tendency of going into junk mail so please check there if you do not receive it in your inbox. If you still cannot find your confirmation email, please email me directly at julio@secondalarmcustomleather.com, reference your order number, and I will look into your order.

Per the terms and conditions agreed to during checkout, the following lead times are in place:

 

*****DUE TO A FAMILY EMERGENCY AND SUPPLIER ISSUES ORDERS RECEIVED BEFORE DECEMBER 28TH 2019 ARE DELAYED. I HAVE ADDED THE APPROXIMATE ADDITIONAL DELAYED TIME NEXT TO EACH ORDER DATE BELOW. I APOLOGIZE FOR THIS DELAY AND WILL GET THESE ORDERS DONE AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE*****

 

  • ORDERS RECEIVED BETWEEN DECEMBER 4 AND DECEMBER 28 WILL HAVE A 4-5 WEEK LEAD TIME STARTING JANUARY 6TH (ADDITIONAL 1-4 WEEKS)
  • ORDERS RECEIVED AFTER DECEMBER 28 WILL HAVE A LEAD TIME OF 5-6 WEEKS STARTING JANUARY 6TH.(ADDITIONAL 2-5 WEEKS)
  • ORDERS RECEIVED AFTER JANUARY 20th will have a 7-8 week lead time from date of order
  • ORDERS RECEIVED AFTER JANUARY 24TH WILL HAVE A 8-9 WEEK LEAD TIME FROM DATE OF ORDER

Customers will receive an email as soon as their order is complete. You will also receive an email with tracking information so that you can track your package through the United States Postal Service. There will be no other notifications on order status other than when it is complete.
